The first faltering step in the entire process of going toward wedding through the initiation of or involvement in a godly relationship is always to assess yourself spiritually. Keep in mind, certainly one of our directing axioms the following is as we try to find a godly spouse that we are trying to be (or prepare to be) a godly spouse even. All singles whom profess Christ and wish to marriage — even as a chance — have this obligation (also outside this section of life, we must all be wanting to develop in Christ). Are you currently a Christian? If you’re currently clear on that fundamental response, will you be an ever growing and mature Christian?
